If you were to re-write the constitution...what would it say?

This is big right now, with the talk on gun control, women's rights, Black History Month, the Inauguration. Do you even know what it says?

This is what I would write, if I were writing it.

We the people of the United States have come together and decided on the following.

1-All the legislative power goes to the Senate and the House of Representatives, No changes to this one
2-The President runs it all, No changes here.
3-Supreme Court, No changes here.
4-States have rights, no real changes here.
5-Congress has to agree by majority, No skipping, No maybe's. Yes or No to pass a bill.
6-The majority of States have to agree to the constitution to enact it's power.

• Amendment 2 - Right to Bear Arms-Delete not needed anymore, way out of date.
• Amendment 3 - Quartering of Soldiers-Delete not needed, way out of date.
• Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure-If there is reason too.
• Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings-No changes here, must have.
• Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses-No changes here, must have.
• Amendment 7 - Trial by Jury in Civil Cases-No changes here, must have.
• Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment-No changes here, must have.
• Amendment 9 - Construction of Constitution-Not needed, redundant.
• Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People-No changes here, must have.
• Amendment 11 - Judicial Limits-No changes here, must have.
• Amendment 12 - Choosing the President, Vice President-No changes here, must have.
• Amendment 13 - Slavery Abolished-Slavery is not Alowed.
• Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights-Learn English, learn the consitution, promise to uphold this document, contribute to society, don't take the government for granted. If you are born here or your mother has gained residency and citizenship then you have all the rights of a citizen. 
• Amendment 15 - Race No Bar to Vote-All citizens 18+ get to vote. 
• Amendment 16 - Status of Income Tax Clarified-Pay Taxes
• Amendment 17 - Senators Elected by Popular Vote-No changes
• Amendment 18 - Liquor Abolished-Controlled Substances should be any addictive substances 
• Amendment 19 - Women's Suffrage-Not needed if #15 is changed
• Amendment 20 - Presidential, Congressional Terms-THis is good!
• Amendment 21 - Amendment 18 Repealed-really again??
• Amendment 22 - Presidential Term Limits-Umm...cant we just have one?
• Amendment 23 - Presidential Vote for District of Columbia-why is this an entirely different country??
• Amendment 24 - Poll Taxes Barred-This is good
• Amendment 25 - Presidential Disability and Succession-so is this one
• Amendment 26 - Voting Age Set to 18 Years-Yea as stated already
• Amendment 27 - Limiting Changes to Congressional Pay-This is good, limits on Pay! :)
